This home overlooking Okanagan Lake is a mix of modern elegance with a few touches of antique furniture to make this home the ideal retreat.

The kitchen has a combination of white and grey cabinets with a beautiful marble herringbone backsplash while the real wood burning fireplace consists of a modern concrete hearth and wall finish.

We work with a lot of out of town clients and find that communication is very important when working with clients who are moving to the Okanagan but are building from afar. At MATERIA, we pride ourselves in representing our client throughout the build to ensure every detail is executed as per the design. This is where our drawing package is so important to ensure everyone on site knows what the clients want and if there are any questions there is a document that is at hand that can aid the builder throughout construction.
