Kestrel Ridge Show Homes

The Okanagan lifestyle is one of many reasons we call Kelowna home. With the Okanagan Lake and its beaches to the sprawling orchards and blue bird skies skiing at Big White.  We wanted our next project to be inspired by what makes Okanagan so great. So when Rykon Construction approached us to pull together 3 Interior finish packages for their new development Kestrel Ridge at Kettle Valley we knew right away that this would be the perfect place to pull our inspiration from.

The two show homes feature the finishes for the Orchard and Mountain Scheme.

The Mountain

The Mountain scheme pulls crisp whites accented with matte black and navy blue.  The living room features a modern fireplace with black hot rolled steel, metal shelves and a concrete hearth. The furniture in the living room is cozy and pulls the navy accents with the two side chairs hand selected by our in-house design team.

The master bedroom wall features natural wood tones, a touch of brass and navy wallpaper.

The Master En-Suite features under cabinet lighting, heated floors, warm wood floating cabinets with black accents in the hardware and pendants.

The Powder room is one of our favorite rooms with the black and white patterned floor tile.

The Orchard

The Orchard scheme pulls the warm wood tones from the sprawling orchards and desert hills that are throughout the Okanagan, keeping the overall space neutral with accents of green and oil rubbed bronze.

The Kitchen is a warm beige tone with a stained island and floating shelves. The pendants are bronze adding a bit of contrast to the warm white quartz countertop and porcelain backsplash

The Fireplace is a real focal point and we absolutely love how the rusted metal on the fireplace turned out.  MATERIA supplied and staged all the furniture. Green was the accent of choice for this orchard inspired living room.
